LIGHTEST maintains world-class Magnesium, Aluminum and Aluminum-Lithium manufacturing facilities. We have facilities for both limited (prototyping) and dedicated production runs, including a projected Magnesium surface treatment line in Belgium. Together with our subsidiaries and industrial partners, we offer the following major manufacturing capacity:

- Presses 1,250/5,000 and 10,000 / 15,000 / 30,000 tons

Engineering and R&D capabilities

LIGHTEST offers a wider range of skills and expertise necessary to support the engineering needs of our customers. Our solution-oriented design engineers bring a vast amount of modeling, analysis, and system optimization/integration experience from a variety of military and commercial aerospace companies.
