Aluminum Corporation of China in Talks with Mongolian Government on Oyu Tolgoi

Aluminum Corporation of China is currently in negotiations with the Monglian government about its participation in the Oyu Tolgoi copper-gold mine project.
The Oyu Tolgoi mine is the largest undeveloped copper-gold mine the world, and is situated 200 kilometers from the border with China. China possesses a strong advantage as a potential participant in the project, as the mine is dependent upon nearby Chiense infrastructure, and China is the only large mineral importer near Mongolia.
