(Ret d), Nominee Director of APSFC an Independent Director has resigned from the Board of Directors which was duly accepts by the Board at the meeting on January 28, 2009. Consequent, the Board of Directors appointed Sri. V S S Prakash, as Addl Director who will be Independent Director in the vacancy caused due to Resignation by Sri. P K Doraiswamy, an Independent Director.
